1, Apply base coat and cure it under UV Lamp;
2, Apply color gel polish and cure it under UV lamp;
3, Pick up the flakes with eyeshadow stick;
4, Apply the flakes to the nail;
5, Apply the top coat and seal it.

How to use:
1.Apply base color (recommended).
2.Apply a layer of No Wipe Gel Top Coat.
3.Use a sponge tipped eyeshadow applicator, or a silicone brush to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface.
4.Apply a layer of hard gel to prevent chipping (optional)
5.Seal with gel top coat.
